Conditions
To be eligible for payroll management, you must meet one of these three conditions: work and reside in Switzerland, work in Switzerland and reside abroad (cross-border worker), or reside in Switzerland and work abroad (posted worker).
To work legally in Switzerland, a foreign national worker must obtain a permit requested from the administration by the Swiss company employing them. They may only work for a company authorized to hire out staff in Switzerland. Upskills handles the associated administrative procedures.
In concrete terms, how does it work?
The employed consultant defines the specifications and the fees they intend to charge their clients.
Upskills establishes a contract with the employed consultant for each assignment (one per client) along with a Consulting Services framework agreement.
Upskills establishes an expert deployment agreement for the client, as well as a Consulting Service framework agreement.
What are the benefits?
– The employed consultant’s client is invoiced monthly, based on the consultant’s activity report (with a 30-day payment deadline). – The employed consultant is paid monthly, on the 5th of the month following the client’s payment.
How much does it cost?
Management fees amount to 5% of the invoiced amounts with no minimum remuneration required.
